Permanent Representative of Belarus, Valentin Rybakov, met with the UN Secretary-General, António Guterres

On April 8, 2024, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Belarus to the United Nations, Valentin Rybakov, met with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres.

The parties exchanged views on topical issues of interaction between Belarus and the United Nations. During the meeting, the Secretary-General received a letter from H.E. Mr. Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, on the issue of the appointment of the Resident Coordinator of the United Nations system’s operational activities for development in the Republic of Belarus.
