  • 20.04.2017 Belarus gets elected to a number of UN bodies Elections to the subsidiary bodies of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) were held at the organisational session of ECOSOC, which is held at the UN Headquarters in New York. Belarus was unanimously elected to several ECOSOC subsidiary bodies: to the Executive Board of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), to the Committee for Programme and Coordination (CPC) and to the Commission for Social Development (CSocD).
